Beachin’ Crab Cake. “Maryland style” crab cake.  Served with our own cocktail sauce and a side of slaw. -9 (single) -15 (double) 

“Endless Summer” Salad. 100% organic all-white chicken breast, crisp fresh greens, strawberries, mango slices, summer vegetable garnish, toasted sunflower seeds, top with a sweet tangy Mango IPA dressing. -12 

“1787 Special” Burger. 8 oz. of Certified Angus Beef, topped with swiss cheese, caramelized sweet onion and wild mushrooms. Served with our house-made Porter sauce. Served with kettle chips, slaw on the side. -13

The All-American Burger. 8oz of Certified Angus Beef, topped with Cooper American cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion. Served with kettle chips, slaw on the side. -12

The “Hot Chick” Flatbread. Hand-formed flatbread, topped with mozzarella cheese, all-white organic chicken breast, hot sauce and spices. Ranch or blue cheese on the side. -9

The “Lil’ bit of Italy” Flatbread. Hand-formed flatbread, topped with mozzarella, fresh “house” bruschetta (tomato, onion, artichoke, olive) with a pesto and balsamic glaze. Vegetarian. -9

Piggly Wiggly. Fresh smoked shredded pork with or without a soft kaiser roll. Signature BBQ sauce on table. Served with kettle chips and slaw. -12

Sub potato salad for slaw. -.75

~Vegetarian specials~

Garden Cow. Hearty 100% vegetarian burger, topped with rich “boursin” cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomato with or without a fresh country white roll. Served potato salad. -9.5 

Terry’s Black Bean Burger. A vegetarian delight! Hand-made by our very own Chef Terry, Fresh salsa, sour cream, lettuce and red onion. Served with side kettle chips and “house” slaw.  -11


Munchies

Bavarian SUPER pretzel. Sea salt. Beer grains. Served with 2 dipping sauces. -9.50

Drunkin’ pickles. Beer battered pickle spears served with Kris’ 

house-made pickle sauce.- 5

Chocolate Way-Har. Rich Way-Har chocolate ice cream with white and dark chocolate shavings. Served with our Black Bridge chocolate stout sauce. -5

Black Lava. Chocolate warm lava cake prepared with our Black Bridge Stout beer, served with rich vanilla ice cream and a porter sauce drizzle. -8



KIDS MENU

Chicky Fingers. Bell and Evans all-natural chicken breast, breaded,   baked. Served with kettle chips. -7

Halfa’ flat. Half of a flatbread, tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella.  Served with kettle chips. -4

Hot Diggity Dog. Berks skinless frank on a Martins potato roll. Served with kettle chips. -5

The “Bryce Burger”. Quarter pound all beef burger with American cheese. Named for the young man who said…. “I think you should have a burger on the kids menu”…so here we go!!! Served with kettle chips. -6

Ice Cream. Way-Har chocolate or vanilla ice cream topped with      rainbow sprinkles and Hersheys chocolate syrup. -4

Kids Drinks -Fountain soda, 1787 sweet tea,
